Continuous Wire for Automatic Balers
SINGLE-PIECE CONTINUOUS WIRE, UP TO 1 TON
Each rosette coil is wound in a single piece and up to 1000 kg. This lets the wire run continuously, without the stops and failed ties caused by weld points passing through the twister head.
FEWER COIL CHANGES
One rosette coil replaces many standard coils. On automatic tying lines this means less downtime per shift, less handling and lower wire loss at each coil change.
TIGHT WINDING, COMPACT STORAGE
Our winding method wraps the wire in an orderly, dense structure rather than loosely. As a result the same tonnage takes up less storage space, coils can be stacked and handled more neatly, and the wire pays off smoothly without tangling or creating cross-winds.
STRAPPED AND READY TO LIFT
Coils are secured with steel straps at four points and fitted with lifting rings. This allows them to be moved by crane or forklift and placed directly into the wire feed unit without unpacking or re-handling.
ALL SURFACE COATING OPTIONS
Like the other wire types in our range, the products can be supplied galvanized, phosphated or bright (uncoated). Wire diameter and rosette coil weight are determined according to customer request.
Information to be confirmed: the wire diameter range offered in rosette coil production, and whether the coils are shipped in the “eye to the sky” or “eye to the wall” position on the pallet, should be specified. This is a practical detail that European buyers often ask about.
