Round Quicklink

Round Quiclink is a round-section, high-tensile baling wire developed for recycling and industrial packaging applications on both vertical and horizontal presses.

Its most important feature is high elongation capability. The wire stretches together with the bale expanding after the press is opened, absorbing the springback force instead of transferring it to the lock point. This makes it highly suitable for high-springback materials such as plastic and textiles, and resistant to the demanding conditions of loading and handling.

Because the symmetrical round section bends equally in every direction, it can be fed and tied without directional control. It also runs smoothly in all standard round-wire channels. As the industry’s core profile type, it can be supplied at short lead times in all diameter and coating options.
